Hi, my name is Ambi.

My health journey started due to having a very busy schedule in work and wanting to make sure I was taking the right steps to not get burned out.

I wanted to know how to improve my own health and wellbeing and that curiosity led me to begin researching everything from nutrition and movement to sleep, stress management and mindset.

As I dug deeper I moved from reading articles to studying foundational science and evidence-based practices, enrolling in courses and analysing what actually makes a measurable difference in daily life.

The process changed how I eat, move and prioritise rest, and it also shifted my perspective: learning to question fads, interpret research critically and apply sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. That ongoing journey has become both a personal commitment to better health and a professional calling to share clear, practical guidance rooted in what truly works.

  • Nutrition

    There is so much information out there about what foods are ‘good’ and ‘bad’ which can make it overwhelming on what to choose. That is where I come in. I can support you on your journey where I can create personalised nutrition meal planning to complement your wellness journey. I will assess your lifestyle and nutritional needs, provide practical shopping lists and simple recipes, and offer ongoing support and adjustments to ensure sustainable progress, whether your aim is weight management, improved energy, skin health and so much more.

    I am a Level 5 Nutritional Advisor.

  • Women's health

    Women’s health has been overlooked for too many years. Our concerns are pushed aside for quick and easy fixes (contraceptive pill survivor!), being called ‘dramatic’ for complaining about pain that we feel, unfunded and undervalued by society. The menstrual cycle is so important to our every day life, if this does not run succinctly, it has major impact on our body. I wanted to learn how I can help not just myself but other women to break this horrible cycle and actually fix our bodies. I will help you get answers or have irrefutable evidence to take to your health care professional(s) in order to push for further testing.

  • Pilates and strength training

    Pilates and strength training together build a resilient, functional body that supports everyday life by improving posture, core stability and muscle balance, which reduces the risk of injury during routine tasks such as lifting, carrying and bending. Pilates enhances breath control, spinal alignment and mobility, helping to relieve everyday aches and maintain joint health, while strength training increases muscle mass, bone density and metabolic efficiency, making daily activities easier and more energy efficient. Regular practice of both disciplines also promotes better coordination, confidence and mental focus, so simple chores, prolonged standing or sudden movements feel less strenuous and more manageable across all stages of life.

    I am qualified Pilates instructor and is working towards my Level 3 in Personal Training (July 2026).
